I can't say enough great things about muscletech. They know their stuff and are extremely friendly and easy to work with. As a mid-size company, we rely on Stratosphere to keep our system operating and our people focused on their jobs and not on maintaining their software.
I have called the help desk just three to four times over the past two years. Every time, my problem has been resolved within a few minutes, the tech is very personable and friendly, and it's left me with this thought: If I have a computer problem and can't figure it out, call the help desk, because I know that I am wasting time by not doing so. The problem will still exist, and I am still frustrated. As soon as I want it fixed, I call the help desk and I get it fixed. You guys do an awesome job. Just my two cents.

Before we partnered with Stratosphere Networks, we had an extremely outdated infrastructure and gear that wasn't up to par. We started out with a one-man IT company who was unable to meet our needs. Muscletech replaced our server and put us into a domain environment, and kept us informed in their reasoning every step of the way. Essentially, they brought us up-to-date.
